Whitley-Reavis Insurance brings 30 years of excellence to Clemmons Village West
Whitley-Reavis Insurance. Their office location may be new to Clemmons, but their level of excellence and outstanding service to area families and businesses are not.
Whitley-Reavis Insurance is a prominent, family-owned and operated, independent insurance agency that handles all lines of insurance – from auto, home, life, and health to workman’s compensation, general liability, bonds, and annuities.
Located in the new Clemmons Village West
Roy A. Whitley, Jr. started Whitley & Associates in 1977 in Winston-Salem. Whitley & Associates acquired Larry J Reavis Insurance Agency in the early 1980's and became Whitley-Reavis Insurance. In March 2005, after 25-plus years, Whitley-Reavis Insurance moved their offices to the new Clemmons Village West Town Center located on Lewisville-Clemmons Road. In many ways, the relocation was a homecoming for three sons who grew up in the area and graduated from local high schools.
A variety of competitively priced insurance products
The Whitleys are excited about having the opportunity to bring their expansive list of services to the area. They are looking forward to providing customers an array of choices.
“We offer a variety of competitively priced products for business and personal insurance,” explains Mike, a graduate of West Forsyth High School and Appalachian State University. “Since we are an independent agency, we have many different and excellent insurance companies and coverages to choose from.”
Whitley-Reavis represents many different insurance companies including such well-known names as Erie, Travelers, and Penn National. Matt Whitley, who graduated from Reynolds High School and UNC-Charlotte, says they are always looking for ways to reduce your insurance cost and to close potential gaps in your coverage. “We serve the insurance needs of individual families and businesses all over the triad. We work with our clients to offer the best possible coverage at the lowest possible cost."
Roy Whitley III, who graduated from West Forsyth High School and attended Appalachian State University, notes that their company is guided by the golden rule-treat others as you would want to be treated. “We ask a lot of questions because we want to get to know you, “he says. “That way we can recommend a solid insurance program that is right for you and your family or business." “We are also very involved in this community,” he adds. “We want to be a benefit to our neighbors. We take pride in the quality of our customer service and our claims service.”
In 2006, Whitley-Reavis Insurance started a Safe Teen Driving program at West Forsyth High School called Lookin’ Out. The program helps educate young, inexperienced drivers on driver awareness and the dangers of the road.
